WHAT SUPPORT WILL I GET?
Each client has a Keyworker who is a qualified Mental Health Professional, who will negotiate your care plan with you and help you to access other services. There are also five care workers who will help you with daily living tasks.
We also operate a 24 hour on-call pager system, which the keyworkers operate in turn, if you call them you can expect a response within 20 minutes, which may include visiting you.

HOW MANY STAFF ARE THERE?
There are three qualified Client Support Workers and five care workers. There is also a manager and some other support and administrative staff.

WILL I HAVE TO SHARE A ROOM?

WHERE ARE THE HOUSES?
We have two houses in Leyton, two in Leytonstone and one in Walthamstow.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I WANT TO LEAVE?
Residents are normally offered a "home for life", if your circumstance change you will be able to move-on to accommodation which best suits your needs.

WHAT ABOUT MY BENEFITS?
You can expect to receive your benefits as normal. We have a benefits advisor who will help you to get everything you are entitled to.

WHAT WILL I BE EXPECTED TO DO?
We expect that most residents will be able to manage simple daily tasks around the home and where needed will be assisted by staff.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?
We believe that everyone has the right to be treated with courtesy and respect. We encourage people to come forward and complain in order that we can make sure we provide the service that people want. If you wish to complain you can contact our complaints officer or talk with the manager or your keyworker. You may also complain directly to the Health Authority.
