MIND COMMUNITY CENTRE

We have a variety of conferencing, training and counselling rooms that can accommodate between
2 and 40 people. These rooms are available for hire either for regular meetings or as a one-off event.

MARSHALL CENTRE
A ground floor room with space for up to 25 people. There is a white board and a screen for use with overhead projectors. This room is ideal for training, conferences or larger meetings.

JOHN BRAND SUITE
A smaller ground floor room which can be used for counselling and meetings for up to 8 people. It is also registered as a crèche for up to 7 children aged 8 or under.

DOVE CAFE
A ground floor room equipped with 4 and 2 seater cafe tables, which is capable of seating up to 40 people. It has a fully fitted kitchen facility, which can be hired separately - please contact the office for further details.

COMMITTEE ROOM
A medium sized first floor room, with tables that can be easily moved to suit your needs. The room contains a white board and is suitable for smaller
meetings or training sessions for up to 12 people.

COUNSELLING ROOMS
A suite of three first floor rooms. There are two purpose-designed counselling rooms for one-to-one work and a bigger room which can accommodate up to five people. (The John Brand Suite is an accessible ground floor room that can also be used for counselling).

ACCESSIBILITY
The ground floor of the building is fully accessible. There is a toilet facility for wheelchair users. The parking space is designated for people with mobility difficulties.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
All room prices are inclusive of television, video, flipchart and flipchart paper. Any additional equipment specified by groups is charged as an extra cost.

AVAILABLE TIMES
The centre is open from 8:30am. Daytime sessions are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Evenings are from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Bookings for the Marshall Centre and the Dove Cafe are available after 9:00pm at a special rate - please contact the office for further details.

HOW TO GET TO MIND IN WALTHAM FOREST
There is parking in nearby Sedgwick and Buckland Rds and buses 58, 69, 97 and 158 stop outside. Leyton Underground Station is about a ten minute walk away.
